Welcome to TukTukCarwash’s Mobile Car Wash Service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Service Agreement
TukTukCarwash provides mobile car wash services at your location. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning while exercising due care.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in cleaning your vehicle, as outlined below.

2. Vehicle Condition
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing conditions on the vehicle that may be affected by washing, such as:
Paint peeling, flaking, or bubbling.
Loose or damaged trims, emblems, or decals.
Rust or corrosion on any part of the vehicle.
Loose or poorly adhered aftermarket modifications.
Pre-existing cracks, chips, or scratches in windows or paintwork.

3. Potential Faults
While we aim to minimize any risks, certain conditions may lead to unavoidable outcomes, including but not limited to:
Paint and Coating Damage: Pressure washing may worsen areas with peeling or flaking paint.
Window Damage: Pre-existing cracks or chips in windows may expand during the cleaning process.
Trims and Accessories: Loose trims, decals, or emblems may detach during cleaning.
Rust and Corrosion: Pressure washing may expose or worsen rusted areas.
Sensitive Materials: Certain materials, such as soft convertible tops or aftermarket wraps, may be more susceptible to damage.

4. Liability Waiver
TukTukCarwash is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or the customer’s failure to disclose them.
By using our services, you agree that TukTukCarwash cannot be held responsible for:
Any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.
Damage due to manufacturer defects, poor-quality paint jobs, or aftermarket installations.
Damage caused by environmental factors such as extreme weather during or after service.

5. Inspection Policy
Before starting the service, we will inspect the vehicle and note any visible issues. However, this is not a comprehensive inspection.
Customers are encouraged to point out specific concerns or areas requiring special attention.

6. Customer Responsibility
Ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible area for cleaning.
Inform us of any special care instructions or concerns about the vehicle’s condition.

7. Disputes and Claims
Any claims of damage must be reported to TukTukCarwash within 24 hours of the service.
Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; we may request supporting documentation such as photos or repair estimates.

8. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee removal of all stains blemishes; imperfections during wash vary according methods used—rights reserved adjust accordingly based individual needs/vehicles concerned
